Minors and Age Restriction

ph36 is an online gaming platform strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines. ph36 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal information from any individual under the age of 21.

International Data Transfers

ph36 is a Philippines-focused platform and processes the majority of player data within the Philippines.
